Taylor Swift had some unexpected fans in the audience at the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards!

The 29-year-old entertainer got major props from ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas and his wife Sophie Turner!

Fans noticed the couple giving Taylor a standing ovation after she won Video of the Year.

Joe and Sophie, who were seated a few rows behind Taylor, clapped and cheered as she stood to accept her award.

It looks like there’s no bad blood between former couple Joe and Taylor, who dated back in 2008.

Why wasn’t Demi Lovato at the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards?

The 27-year-old “Echame la Culpa” singer took to her Instagram Stories on Monday (August 26) to explain.

“Okay I can’t tell you guys what I’m doing today (you’ll find out super soon tho) but its making me SO HAPPY, I’m having SO MUCH FUN and I can’t stop laughing,” she wrote. “Now go come up with your crazy ass theories as to what it might be!!!”

“Y’all… none of my news has to do with my dogs, pickles OR MUGS… COME ONNNNNN,” she later added after sharing some videos of her pups. “I skipped the VMA’s for a REASON.”

“Well that and I just hate award shows,” she finished.

We’ll have to wait and see what Demi Lovato has planned!

It was recently announced that she has joined the cast of the upcoming Netflix comedy movie Eurovision.

Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn Carter coupled up for some post-VMAs fun!

The 26-year-old singer and 30-year-old reality star were spotted while heading to an after-party on Monday night (August 26) at Up and Down Nightclub in New York City.

Miley and Kaitlynn were all smiles as they held hands and made their way inside the club.

For the outing, Miley switched up her look from a black mini dress and changed into a white crop top and jeans paired with a Fendi shirt and hat.

Halsey and Lizzo show off more looks at the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards!

The 24-year-old “Without Me” singer and the 31-year-old “Truth Hurts” crooner stepped out for the event held on Monday (August 26) at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.

Halsey donned a colorful ensemble that showed off her toned tumnmy, and Lizzo stunned in a purple dress.

Halsey sat with models Bella Hadid and Gigi Hadid, and Lizzo was spotted hanging out with Game of Thrones‘ Sophie Turner, her husband Joe Jonas, and “Old Town Road” rapper Lil Nas X.

The 29-year-old “You Need To Calm Down” singer was spotted arriving at the event on Monday (August 26) in New York City.

She was joined by models Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid, who coordinated their outfits.

Taylor dazzled in a black sequin ensemble with a black clutch and her signature red lips.

Gigi held on to Taylor‘s arm as they flashed smiles and made their way inside.

ICYMI, at the show, Taylor won Video of the Year and used her speech to promote her Equality Act petition. She also took the stage for a performance.

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello are celebrating their win at the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards!

The cute couple were spotted backstage after taking home the VMA for Best Collaboration on Monday evening (August 26) at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.

Later in the night, Shawn and Camila took to social media to thank their fans and share their first couple photos on their Instagrams!

“Thank you @vmas & thank you to everyone we love you!! 🖤🌸,” Shawn wrote.

Camila added, “SEÑORITAAAAAA! won best collaboration award!! thanks @vmas 😻😻😻 and thank u guys so much for tonight! we love you guys sooooooo much ❤️”
