“When I was young, my mother used to say, ‘Kamala, don’t just sit around and complain about things. Do something about it.’ Well you are doing something,” VP Harris continued. “You are creating a better future and you inspire me and President Biden every day. We are so grateful for you, and we want you to know that we’re doing everything we can to make sure all of our students and young leaders can get back to school and back with your friends, and be safe and thrive. Justin Bieber Has Seemingly Pre-Taped His Kids' Choice Awards Performance - See Photos!

It looks like Justin Bieber‘s performance for tonight’s 2021 Kids’ Choice Awards isn’t going to be live.

The 27-year-old singer was spotted pre-taping his performance on an outdoor stage on Thursday night (March 11) in Santa Monica, Calif.

There’s a possibility that Justin was just rehearsing, but it looks like the full show was filmed, complete with a live band, a light show, and a fireworks display.

Justin is the sole performer for the awards show, airing tonight on Nickelodeon at 7:30pm. His wife Hailey Bieber will be introducing the performance.

“I’m excited! It feels good to get out and get dressed up and be back in this kind of environment, to be presenting. It’s exciting,” Hailey told People. “It’s cool. Obviously, we’re both grown up, we’ve grown up watching the Kids’ Choice Awards and I think to be here and be married and do it together is really fun.”

Justin is singing his songs “Anyone” and “Intentions” with Quavo.
