Ariana Debose and Ke Huy Quan shared a hug in a sweet photo from the OMEGA Cocktail Reception and Dinner Celebrating The Academy Awards on Thursday night (March 9) in Los Angeles.

The 32-year-old West Side Story actress co-hosted the event ahead of the 2023 Oscars, which take place this weekend.

If you were unaware, the Everything Everywhere All at Once star is up for Best Supporting Actor during the awards show.

Other celebrities in attendance included the likes of Darren Criss, 5 Seconds of Summer musician Luke Hemmings and West Side Story co-star Paloma Garcia-Lee.

Chadwick Boseman was always one of the best dressed on the red carpet at any event he attended and he created magical moments with his stylist Ashley Weston for the past six years.

The late actor started working with Ashley for the press tour of his 2014 movie Get On Up and they worked together for nearly every one of his appearances after that.

Ashley‘s work with Chadwick was featured in The Hollywood Reporter‘s 2018 Power Stylists issue, in which he gave her tons of praise. He said, “You have to have somebody that understands what your style is and what you’re willing to try. We found a really, really good synchronicity.”

“What I appreciate about working with Ashley is that she creates a story. All I have to do is shop. She’ll come with options and I just shop in that space,” he added.

Ashley took to Instagram on Saturday (August 29), one day after Chadwick‘s tragic passing from cancer, to pay tribute to her friend and client.

“My big brother. My King. I can still see your beautiful smile and hear your infectious laugh,” Ashley wrote in her tribute. “You stood beside me during some of the biggest moments of my life: When I got married, when loved ones passed away, and when my husband was sick – you were there for me, always and without hesitation.”

“With every outfit we created, I wanted the world to see and feel the warmth of your beautiful spirit. I’ll always remember that no matter how late we made you for events, you always stopped to hug @saishabeecham and I and say how much you loved and appreciated us before walking out the door,” she continued. “As you walked out this final door, I wish I could’ve hugged YOU and told YOU how much I loved and appreciated everything you did for me. My big brother. My King. I love you.”

The Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments co-stars were joined at the event by Dumplin‘ star Georgie Flores, The Walking Dead‘s Alanna Masterson, The Umbrella Academy‘s Ashley Madekwe, model Myles O’Neal, stylist Ashley Weston and Dylan Brosnan.

UNIQLO celebrated the launch of their Spring/Summer 2019 collections, featuring designer collaborations by JW Anderson and Hana Tajima, with the intimate cocktail party that included light bites from DTLA Charcuterie and refreshing delights including Cucumber Cooler Sake Cocktail provided by TYKU Sake.

Chadwick Boseman slays his style game as usual at the 2018 ESPYs!

The 40-year-old Black Panther star hit the red carpet at the event held at Microsoft Theater on Wednesday (July 18) in Los Angeles.

Chadwick donned a chic head-to-toe white look, making him the first to wear Virgil Abloh‘s debut designs for Louis Vuitton, from his spring 2019 collection.

“This suit feels very fresh and modern and is completely in keeping with the vibe we’ve been doing for a while now, so I’m really excited about it,” Chadwick‘s stylist, Ashley Weston, told The Hollywood Reporter. “It’s very different than what other people will be wearing and appropriate for this time of year. Since it’s super-hot and sunny outside, we wanted to keep the look light in creamy white.”

Chadwick Boseman and Darren Criss pose for a photo with Ports V creative director Milan Vukmirovic while attending an intimate dinner for the fashion brand on Monday (June 18) in Milan, Italy.

The guys helped celebrate the launch of Ports V‘s second drop, #CoolSummer.

Also in attendance at the event were Darren and Chadwick‘s stylist Ashley Weston, as well as Darren‘s fiancee Mia Swier.

Chadwick attended flew to Italy for fashion week after attending the MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles, where his movie Black Panther won a bunch of awards.
