Tom Hollander got a big surprise when he was accidentally emailed part of Tom Holland‘s box office bonus pay for a Marvel movie.

The 27-year-old action star has brought Spider-Man to life in several movies within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and there are hopes that he’ll suit up again in the future. By the sounds of it, playing Peter Parker is a very lucrative gig for him.

During a recent interview, Hollander explained that he was accidentally sent a check for Holland‘s work in the franchise. He even hinted at the “astonishing” amount of money that the young star received.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is massive now. However, at the start it centered around his Iron Man, Chris Evans‘ Captain America, Jeremy Renner‘s Hawkeye, Scarlett Johansson‘s Black Widow, Mark Ruffalo‘s Hulk and Chris Hemsworth‘s Thor.

If you were unaware, five of the six members of the core cast decided to get a group tattoo after the release of Avengers: Infinity War in 2018. The movie was one of the final ones that they all appeared in together, and the tattoo commemorates their bond.

During a segment on Wired, Robert opened up about the tattoo, revealing some additional details. For instance, he confirmed which member of the cast opted out of getting inked and which was seemingly hesitant. He even revealed who was brave enough to go first.

Chris Evans is responding to the report a few weeks back suggesting Marvel is considering bringing back the original six Avengers amid the studios’ recent box office troubles.

The 42-year-old actor spoke out while making a virtual appearance on The View. Chris famously played Captain America in the MCU from 2011 until his final film, Avengers: Endgame, in 2019.
