Cate Blanchett and Woody Allen share a laugh on the red carpet while attending the premiere of their latest film Blue Jasmine held at the UGC Cine Cite Bercy on Tuesday (August 27) in Paris, France.

The 44-year-old actress and the 77-year-old director were joined at the event by co-star Sally Hawkins and Woody‘s wife Soon-Yi Previn.

Cate Blanchett hits the blue carpet at the premiere of her latest film Blue Jasmine held at the Hayden Cremorne Orpheum on Tuesday (August 20) in Sydney, Australia.

The 44-year-old actress recently revealed that she didn’t even need to read the script when she decided to be in the Woody Allen-directed flick.

“I think most people do that when they hear Woody Allen wants to work with them,” Cate expressed (via NineMSN). “Apart from being a great filmmaker and auteur, he’s an incredible dramatist. The part was, as they say, the chance to swing the cat, so I hope I ‘swang’ the cat.”

Kaley Cuoco and Rose Byrne hit the red carpet at the premiere of the film Blue Jasmine at the AMPAS Samuel Goldwyn Theater on Wednesday (July 24) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The ladies were joined at the event by 78Violet singers Aly and AJ Michalka.

Rose was at the premiere to support her boyfriend Bobby Cannavale while Kaley was there to support her new pal Ali Fedotowsky, who is a former Bachelorette and is featured in the film.

Earlier in the day, Cate was spotted arriving at LAX Airport on a flight from New York City.
