Madonna wears a pair of sheer black pants while out in NYC on Tuesday (September 13).

The 53-year-old entertainer is reportedly said to “be in serious discussions” about launching her first fragrance line.

“The rumors swirling now are that, under a Coty deal, Madonna would introduce a scent under her own name, a prospect that has beguiled the beauty industry for years,” WWD reports.

Madonna touches down at Heathrow Airport on her 53rd birthday on Tuesday (August 16) in London, England.

Also with the entertainer: her 24-year-old boyfriend, French dancer Brahim Zaibat, and her four kids, Lourdes, Rocco, David, and Mercy.

Madonna recently chatted with Vanity Fair about her directorial debut, W.E., which focuses on two different love stories.

“It was easy to get swept up in the historical relevance and epic romance of Wallis Simpson and Edward VIII,” she said about the British king who gave up the throne to marry the American divorcee.

“The fact that they were also the fashion icons of their day added to their allure for me,” she added.

Earlier this week, the 52-year-old Material Girl reacted to the death of her good friend, Elizabeth Taylor.

“I am so sorry to hear that this great legend has passed,” she told Us Weekly.

“I admired and respected her not only as an actress but for her amazing and inspiring work as an AIDS activist. She was one of a kind,” Madonna added in a statement.
