Carnie Wilson has revealed that she will be undergoing surgery to remove her ruptured breast implants.

The 48-year-old singer opened up while serving as a guest co-host on The Talk on Tuesday (March 14) in Los Angeles.

“I’m scared to say what I’m about to say,” Carnie said. “I have to have a surgery.”

“Sixteen years ago I lost a bunch of weight, and I had a breast lift and an augmentation and the implants have ruptured now,” Carnie added. “And so, I have to go have them taken out and face this reconstruction, which is really scary. I wasn’t sure if I was going to share it, but I am sharing it … it’s important.”

Carnie took to Twitter after making her big reveal to thank fans for their support. “Thank you to @TheTalkCBS for letting me speak my truths. No one better to do it with than you wonderful ladies. I love you❤,” she said.

The 41-year-old actress was joined at the event by her co-stars John Cusack and Paul Dano, writer Brian Wilson, as well as Hunger Games co-star Jena Malone, Kevin Bacon, Jennifer Beals, Carnie Wilson, Hayley Orrantia, and Kate Flannery who all came out to show their support.

Rihanna heads to the dentist during a chilly afternoon in New York City on Tuesday (March 31).

The 27-year-old singer has a huge hit with her song “FourFiveSeconds” and now Carnie Wilson has revealed that Wilson Phillips did background vocals for the track!

“[Kanye West] said, ‘When I think of authenticity and I think of angelic, I think of you,’” Carnie told Billboard.

“He was really shy and he would just smile and he’s real soft-spoken, then all of a sudden when he started playing all these songs, he was dancing around the room,” she said. “It was just like how Michael Jackson used to be. When he would press play, it was like, out came the artist and the creativity was just really there.”

“He gave us sole freedom to just do what we do,” Carnie added. You can hear them on the bridge and the chorus!

Singer and former talk show host Carnie Wilson tries to work off a little weight, jogging early Monday morning near her home in Los Angeles.

The 39-year-old was also seen getting a manicure at Euphoria Hand & Foot Spa in Los Angeles on Saturday.

In 2000, Carnie reached over 300 pounds and received gastric bypass surgery, a procedure that reduced the size of her stomach to that of an egg. The surgery was a success and she ended up losing 150 pounds. However, after giving birth to her daughter, Lola, now 2, Carnie appears to have gained all the weight back again.

“Everyone can see that I’m bigger, but I cannot hibernate,” she tells OK!. “I’ve never lied or been dishonest about what’s going on in my life. Even all these years later, having had such a great weight-loss story, being back in this place is so familiar. And it hurts. I don’t want to feel this way anymore. It doesn’t feel good when you have to struggle to get your pants on.”
