Jennifer Lawrence goes totally topless and looks gorgeous on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine’s November 2014 issue.

In the magazine, the 24-year-old Oscar winner broke her silence for the first time on her nude photos:

On the leak: “Just because I’m a public figure, just because I’m an actress, does not mean that I asked for this. It does not mean that it comes with the territory. It’s my body, and it should be my choice, and the fact that it is not my choice is absolutely disgusting. I can’t believe that we even live in that kind of world. It is not a scandal. It is a sex crime. It is a sexual violation. It’s disgusting. The law needs to be changed, and we need to change. That’s why these Web sites are responsible. Just the fact that somebody can be sexually exploited and violated, and the first thought that crosses somebody’s mind is to make a profit from it. It’s so beyond me. I just can’t imagine being that detached from humanity. I can’t imagine being that thoughtless and careless and so empty inside.”

On deciding if she should write an apology: “Every single thing that I tried to write made me cry or get angry. I started to write an apology, but I don’t have anything to say I’m sorry for. I was in a loving, healthy, great relationship for four years. It was long distance, and either your boyfriend is going to look at porn or he’s going to look at you.”

On how she feels now: “Time does heal, you know. I’m not crying about it anymore. I can’t be angry anymore. I can’t have my happiness rest on these people being caught, because they might not be. I need to just find my own peace.”

On her message to tabloids who published her pictures: “You have a choice. You don’t have to be a person who spreads negativity and lies for a living. You can do something good. You can be good. Let’s just make that choice and�”it feels better.”

Google has responded to the $100 million lawsuit they were slammed with earlier in regards to the celebrity nude photo leak.

The lawsuit said that Google was at fault for not removing the images of the naked women.

“We’ve removed tens of thousands of pictures, within hours of the requests being made, and we have closed hundreds of accounts,” a spokesperson for the company said in a statement today (via Deadline). “The Internet is used for many good things. Stealing people’s private photos is not one of them.

The Google statement also said that they rely on people to submit valid Digital Millennium Copyright Act content and claims for images that should not be allowed on the search engine.

Lawyer Marty Singer said that he sent Google over a dozen requests on behalf of unnamed celebrities to remove images before taking further action.

Hollywood lawyer Marty Singer of L.A.-based law firm Lively & Singer has just filed a suit against Google, representing many of the women whose privacy was violated in the nude photo leak.

In a letter, Marty says that Google has refused to take down photos of the nude celebrities in question.

“Google is making millions and profiting from the victimization of women,” the letter read, which was sent to Google execs CEO Larry Page and executive chairman Eric Schmidt, among others (via Variety). “As a result of your blatantly unethical behavior, Google is exposed to significant liability and both compensatory and punitive damages that could well exceed One Hundred Million Dollars ($100,000,000).”

The firm is also said to be representing “over a dozen female celebrities, actresses, models and athletes” whose privacy had been violated.

Meagan Good is speaking out again after the leak of her private nude photos over the weekend.

The 33-year-old Think Like a Man Too actress previously released a statement saying that the photos were taken for her husband.

Here is what she just posted on Instagram: “These last few days have been hard.. But I know that god is in the plan.. I choose to trust him – even when I don’t understand.. After all, that’s what real faith is.. I will say, it’s been disappointing to receive such harsh judgment and criticism from my own brothers and sisters – when my husband and I were the ones who were violated and had our intimate moments exposed to the world against our will.. But it’s dad’s will – not ours, that will ultimately prevail.. And it’s a person who did this – not god.. I trust dad wholeheartedly even when… Thank you dad for my testimony, for with each pain – it becomes more powerful. Amen.”

Olympic soccer star Hope Solo has taken to her Facebook account to discuss her nude photo hack, as well as her ongoing domestic violence case.

The 33-year-old two-time Olympic gold medalist, who was arrested after allegedly hitting her sister and nephew earlier this summer, wrote, “It is extremely sad and unfortunate that the rights of so many women were violated by the unauthorized release of private photographs. This act goes beyond the bounds of human decency and, as such, I stand united with all the women affected and am exploring every option to protect my privacy.”

Hope continued, “In addition, while I understand that the public desires more information regarding the allegations against me, I continue to maintain my innocence against these charges. And, once all the facts come to light and the legal process is concluded, I am confident that I will be fully exonerated.”

The 28-year-old Big Bang Theory actress recently opened up about the nude photos that were leaked.

“I totally have Google alerts that come to my phone…so, every day there’s like 30 ‘Kaley Cuoco nude photos,’ [but] it’s been going on for years. It’s all these fake ones. So then, this one came up, and I was like, ‘Oh, it’s another fake one…’” Kaley said on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. “So I sent an email out to my family. I said ‘just so you know, this happened, blah, blah, blah, blah. P.S. I’m not pregnant. P.S.S. I’m not getting a divorce.’ I was able to get everything out in the email.”

“It was just a really bad situation. But, I took it in my own hands and made a joke about it because, you know, what are you gonna do?” Kaley added.

One Direction singer Liam Payne is speaking out after alleged nude photos of him and some male friends spread around the internet… and he is denying he is in the photos.

“Wow as if people think that weird photo going around is actually me lol think id rather tweet a full frontal than have people look at that,” the 21-year-old heartthrob tweeted over the weekend.

“I’m 100% not homophobic. But I’m also 100% not gay so when somebody says I am I’m gunna say I’m not which does not make me a homophobe,” Liam added.

Over the summer, Liam psyched fans out by posting a pixelated photo on Instagram that made it seem like he was nude, only to post another version of the photo to confirm he was joking.
