The 37-year-old Witches of East End actor held on to Charlotte‘s pink bag as they drove in the back on the cart to their desired location.

“Happy Belated 30th to my alter ego #Buffy #BTVS Like all women I stopped counting and didn’t realize. They happen every year rt??” Freddie‘s wife Sarah Michelle Gellar tweeted that day. Later, she amended her tweet: “I seem to have started a Twitter Frenzy!! So is #Buffy 30 or 33? Seems to be a hot topic today #BTVS – I always say go younger!!”

The 36-year-old actress and Freddie, 37, took their four-year-old daughter Charlotte and another child to a birthday party at the beach that afternoon.

“I’m not sure I understand weather- I went in the ocean today and took a hike in Los Angeles, while all my friends in NY need skis #notright,” SMG tweeted that day.
