The cause of Clark Gable III‘s death has been released.

The grandson of Clark Gable died at the age of 30 from an accidental overdose of fentanyl, oxycodone and alprazolam (generic Xanax) according to an autopsy report from Dallas County released on Friday (April 12).

His time of death is listed as 9:11 AM on February 22.

The Hollywood legend’s grandson, best known as the host of the reality show Cheaters during Seasons 13 to 15, was found dead in his bed at home in Texas by his fiancee. He is survived by his parents, his sister Kayley and his 1-year-old daughter, Shore.

The Hollywood legend’s grandson, best known as the host of the reality show Cheaters during Seasons 13 to 15, was found dead in his bed at home in Texas by his fiancee Friday morning (February 22) according to TMZ. The cause of death is not yet known.

“It’s is with an extremely heavy heart we say goodbye to my beautiful son Clark. He passed this morning. I will always be next to you my beautiful son. Mom,” his mother Tracy Yarro Scheff wrote on Instagram.

He is survived by his parents, his sister Kayley and his 1-year-old daughter, Shore.
