Ryan Phillippe is getting his workouts in with his son Deacon these days!

The 46-year-old actor was spotted going for a jog with his 17-year-old son last week in Los Angeles.

For those who don’t know, Deacon is a budding music star who has already released a couple songs, including “Long Run” with Nina Nesbitt and “Love for the Summer” with Loren Gray.

Deacon dropped his last name for his professional stage name and he is signed to Palm Tree Records. He also has a verified Instagram account with over 370,000 followers.

Ryan starred in the ABC series Big Sky and was shockingly killed off in the first episode. The network is giving the show an awards push right now ahead of the Emmys and it’s likely he’ll be getting featured in the campaign.

Reese Witherspoon says that her family’s Christmas photo took an hour to accomplish along with multiple bribes!

The Oscar-winning actress took to Instagram to give fans a peek inside her Christmas at home with her husband Jim Toth, their eight-year-old son Tennessee, and her two older children Ava, 21, and Deacon, 17.

“Merry Christmas from our family to yours! 🥰💫🎄*it only took about 1 hour , 2 bribes and 3 retakes to get all these people in one picture * a small Christmas miracle for MOM😁,” Reese captioned the Instagram post.

Ava and Deacon‘s dad Ryan Phillippe spent the holidays with his family this year.

Reese Witherspoon is having a happy holiday with her family.

The 44-year-old Big Little Lies star shared a photo with her family, including husband Jim Toth, 21-year-old Ava, 17-year-old Deacon and 8-year-old Tennessee, on Thanksgiving on Thursday (November 26).

“Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours. ✨Feeling very grateful for all the frontline workers , medical workers and people who are caring for others today. And I’m deeply grateful for ALL of you! Sending my LOVE. 🥰🦃🍁🥧❤️,” she captioned the happy family photo.

Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe were together again on Friday night (October 23) to celebrate the birth of their son Deacon, who just turned 17!

The former couple reunited for an intimate birthday party with family in the backyard of one of their homes. In a clip shared to Ryan‘s Instagram Stories, Reese can be seen bringing a cake out while the family sang “Happy Birthday” to Deacon.

It appears that Ryan was the one filming the video.

Reese wrote on Instagram that day, “Happy Birthday to my wonderful son @deaconphillippe! 💫 My bright light/ hardworking / fun-loving / music making / deeply kind son, who always finds the good in everyone and everything. What a pleasure to watch you grow into an amazing young man who is always curious and endlessly creative. Can’t wait to celebrate! I love you so much 🥰🎈#17.”

Ryan wrote some messages on his stories. He said, “Happy birthday to my extraordinary [son].” He also wrote, “You’re the coolest. Happy 17th, my man!!”

Sitting next to Deacon in the video is his girlfriend Marine Degryse, who shared a sweet post on Instagram.

Reese Witherspoon is one proud mama!

The 44-year-old actress took to Instagram to share a video while listening to son Deacon Phillippe‘s debut song “Long Run,” which he dropped earlier this week featuring Nina Nesbitt.

“When your kid has his first single… you gotta dance!” Reese captioned the video.

In the video, Reese starts to dance to her 16-year-old son’s song, before coming up with a great idea – to come up with a Tik Tok dance challenge for the song.

“Deacon, I should make up a TikTok dance to the song,” Reese jokes, as Deacon shakes his head and says, “Mom, no.”

Deacon‘s dad, Ryan Phillippe, also took to Instagram to celebrate his son’s new song.

“#LongRun OUT NOW on all platforms! Stream it nonstop for me. So proud of you @deaconphillippe & what a voice @ninanesbitt CONGRATS YOU TWO!” Ryan wrote.

Deacon Phillippe has launched his music career!

The 16-year-old budding artist is the son of Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe. Earlier this week, he got fans on Instagram excited by announcing the release of the song.

Deacon‘s debut single “Long Run” features the vocals of Nina Nesbitt. He is credited as one of the composers of the song.

“Long Run out now on all platforms❕❕❕ hope you guys enjoy link in bio❤️❤️ @ninanesbitt lets goooo,” Deacon wrote to announce the release of the song after the stroke of midnight on Friday (July 10).

In the song, Nina sings, “Won’t you just stay here for a minute / Won’t you just be here for a minute / I just need to know that you’re in it / For the long run.”

You may not know that Deacon Phillippe is an entertainer and he is releasing a song on Friday!

The 16-year-old son of Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe announced the news on his personal Instagram, showing off the song’s artwork.

The song is titled “Long Run,” and also features singer and songwriter Nina Nesbitt. Check out the artwork on his Instagram!

Not much else is known at this time, except that we will be able to hear the song in full this coming Friday.

This is the first song we’ll ever hear from Deacon, and we’ll share the full stream when it becomes available.
