The trailer for season two of Dr. Death is here!

This season is a completely new story and entirely separate from season one’s storyline. This season stars Mandy Moore and Edgar Ramírez.

Here’s the synopsis: This season of Dr. Death, based on the hit Wondery podcast, follows “Miracle Man” Paolo Macchiarini, a charming surgeon renowned for his innovative operations. When investigative journalist Benita Alexander approaches him for a story, the line between personal and professional begins to blur, changing her life forever. As she learns how far Paolo will go to protect his secrets, a group of doctors halfway across the world make shocking discoveries of their own that call everything about Paolo into question.

Luke Kirby, Ashley Madekwe, and Gustaf Hammarsten also star.

Season two streams on Peacock on December 21.

Edgar Ramirez and Mandy Moore are starring in the new season of the anthology series on Peacock, as “Miracle Man” Paolo Macchiarini and journalist Benita Alexander.

“The joy of an Anthology series is the freedom to explore variations on a theme. Dr. Death is a show about systemic failures, and this season, these issues reach a global scale,” showrunner Ashley Michel Hoban shared. “Amid complex narratives, we’ve been fortunate to delve deeply into a story that, while entirely unique, remains surprisingly familiar, as it taps into a truly universal part of the human condition: illness. Even putting aside any recent global pandemics, we all know what it’s like to feel sick. It renders us vulnerable, small, in desperate need of help. A doctor we can trust.”

The stars are stepping out for the Loewe Menswear Spring/Summer 2024 Fashion Show!

Edgar Ramirez showed off his muscles in a black tank shirt as he arrived at the fashion show held during Paris Fashion Week on Saturday (June 24) in Paris, France.

Fellow stars in attendance included Sebastian Stan, Emily Ratajkowski, Troye Sivan, Elite‘s Manu Rios, Heartstopper‘s Kit Connor, The White Lotus‘ Theo James, Murray Bartlett, and Mike White, Scream VI‘s Mason Gooding, Spoiler Alert‘s Ben Aldridge, Succession‘s Nicholas Braun and Brian Cox with wife Nicole Ansari-Cox, Puerto Rican singer Rauw Alejandro, Pose‘s Jeremy Pope, singer Omar Apollo, and Queen Charlotte‘s Corey Mylchreest.

Pharrell Williams also attended the fashion show with wife Helen Lasichanh and their 14-year-old son Rocket.

Last week, Pharrell debuted his new collection as Louis Vuitton‘s new men’s creative director and TONS of A-list stars were in attendance including Beyonce, Rihanna, and Kim Kardashian!

Edgar Ramirez gives co-star Anthony LaPaglia a kiss on the cheek at the premiere of their new Netflix series, Florida Man.

The two actors stepped out for the special screening, held at the Roma Theatre at Netflix – EPIC, earlier this week in Los Angeles, and joined a ton of their castmates.

Abbey Lee, Otmara Marrero, Lex Scott Davis, Emory Cohen, Clark Gregg, Isaiah Johnson, Paul Schneider and Lauren Buglioli were all seen on the red carpet with director Donald Todd and Jason Bateman.

“It is funny, but it’s dark. It’s offbeat, it’s strange, it’s weird,” Edgar teased about the limited series, during an interview with AP. “The absurdity of the situations is where the comedy lies.”

He added of his character, Valentine: “He’s very dramatic. I think that he foolishly thinks the way to get out of chaos is by creating more chaos. He believes that he can outrun the ghosts of his past.”

So many stars were in attendance to help GQ celebrate at the magazine’s inaugural Global Creativity Awards!

Donald Glover and Squid Game actress Hoyeon Jung were among the honorees at the event, which was held on Thursday night (April 6) at cultural hub WSA in New York City.

The awards event celebrated the world’s most fearless and inspiring creatives. Honorees in attendance also included Apple CEO Tim Cook, British fashion designer Grace Wales Bonner, electric skateboarder Tyshawn Jones, and director William Strobeck.

GQ editor-in-chief Will Welch said, “We decided to launch the Creativity Awards because, over the course of my 20-year career, I have watched creativity go from being a slightly mystical, unattainable, and not-terribly-monetizable attribute reserved for flighty artistic types to what it has become today: the sexiest and most desirable cultural currency of our times… What makes our first class of honorees so special—and so right-on for this new program—is that while together they encompass industries that include tech, fashion, film, television, music, art, design, and sport, none of them can be contained to any one category or discipline.”

Edgar Ramirez will lead season two of Dr. Death after Joshua Jackson‘s successful first season on Peacock.

Season 1 focused on disgraced Texas Neurosurgeon, Dr. Christopher Duntsch (Jackson), who maimed or killed 33 out of 38 patients over his career.
