Cynthia Erivo and Jamie Foxx hit the red carpet as they arrive at the 2020 American Black Film Festival Honors Awards Ceremony on Sunday (February 23) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 33-year-old Tony-award winning actress donned a pretty purple dress while the 52-year-old Oscar-winning actor looked sharp in a black tux for the awards event.

Michael B. Jordan, Brie Larson, and Jamie Foxx are celebrating their movie’s big night!

The stars’ movie Just Mercy took home the award for Best Movie at the 2020 NAACP Image Awards on Saturday (February 22) at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, Calif.

Michael and Jamie also won Best Led Actor and Best Supporting Actor, respectively, at the awards show.

Other stars in attendance included Us stars Winston Duke, Shahadi Wright Joseph, and Evan Alex along with model Jasmine Tookes, Watchmen actor Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and If Beale Street Could Talk actress KiKi Layne.

Jordan Peele walks the red carpet at the opening night of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood last week in Universal City, Calif.

The Oscar-winning filmmaker’s movie Us was the inspiration for a maze featured at Horror Nights and he was joined by the film’s young stars Shahadi Wright Joseph and Evan Alex to check it out.

Ghostbusters star Dan Aykroyd and director Ivan Reitman were at the event to check out that film’s new maze as well!

Some more stars in attendance at the opening were Eli Roth, Kelly Osbourne, Pete Wentz, Jaime Camil, and The Originals‘ Joseph Morgan with wife Persia White.

Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights will be open on select nights now through November 3.

Lupita Nyong’o is joined by director Jordan Peele and co-star Winston Duke at the premiere of Us on Tuesday night (March 19) at the MoMA in New York City.

The stars were joined at the event by co-stars Tim Heidecker, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Shahadi Wright Joseph, Evan Alex, Cali Sheldon, Noelle Sheldon, and Ashley Mckoy.

The new horror film is the follow-up to Jordan‘s Oscar-winning movie Get Out and it hits theaters this weekend. The movie has a terrific 99% on Rotten Tomatoes right now!

Jordan was joined at the event by his wife Chelsea Peretti.

It looks like Jordan Peele has another massive hit on the way as his movie Us is getting rave reviews in the first reviews following the SXSW premiere.

The premiere was held on Friday night and the full cast stepped out for interviews on Saturday (March 9) in Austin, Tex.

Jordan was joined by Lupita Nyong’o, Winston Duke, Elisabeth Moss, Tim Heidecker, Shahadi Wright Joseph, and Evan Alex. They stopped by the Comcast NBCUniversal House and the #TwitterHouse.

In the first reviews of the film, Us is being hailed as a “modern masterpiece” and Peele is being compared to a modern-day Hitchcock. Critics are saying it’s one of those movies that you’ll want to see over and over to unlock all the mysteries.

The co-stars stepped out at the movie’s premiere during the 2019 SXSW Festival on Friday (March 8) in Austin, Tex.

They were also joined by writer and director Jordan Peele, who spoke out about the film during the Q&A session.

“I have a very clear commentary with this film. This movie is about this country. When I decided to write this movie, I was stricken with this movie at a time when we fear the ‘other’…the mysterious invader. We are all about pointing finger…maybe the evil is us,” Jordan said.

Other attendees included cast members Winston Duke, Shahadi Wright Joseph, Evan Alex and Tim Heidecker.

Us hits theaters on March 21st.
