The cast of Heartstopper keeps growing!

Three new stars were just added to the cast of the hit Netflix series, the streamer announced on Thursday (April 25).

Here’s a plot summary for Season 3: “Charlie would like to tell Nick that he loves him. Nick also has something important to say to Charlie. As the summer holiday ends and the months race on, the friends begin to realise that the school year will come with both its joys and its challenges. As they learn more about each other and their relationships, plan social events and parties and start thinking about university choices, everyone must learn to lean on those they love when life doesn’t go to plan.”

The third season is set to debut on Netflix in October 2024.

The drama series will be premiering it’s next season in October 2024 and there are some changes being made to the cast.

Fans of Heartstopper got some very sad casting news!

The popular Netflix series, starring Kit Connor and Joe Locke, began production on its third season back in October 2023. They wrapped things up a few months later. However, there are still some questions about which actors will be returning to the project.

On Wednesday (March 28) one of the show’s original actors confirmed that they would not be able to return and explained why. They also jokingly responded to a call for a spinoff series centered on their character.

Joe Locke has been dazzling attendees in the Broadway musical Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street since January!

The 20-year-old actor is portraying Tobias Ragg in his Broadway debut, and his latest fans in attendance included his Heartstopper co-stars Kit Connor and Tobie Donovan.

There was also a big star, who has played Tobias in versions of the musical in the past, was also in attendance that same night and praised the young actor’s portrayal.
