David Walton rocks a scruffy beard at the 2014 Spring Break: Destination Education Benefit on Saturday (April 19) at Sony Studios in Culver City, Calif.

The 35-year-old actor was joined at the City Year Los Angeles event by his About a Boy co-stars Minnie Driver and Benjamin Stockham, as well as Minnie’s son Henry, 5, who walked the red carpet with her.

Also in attendance were the trio’s fellow NBC stars, including Sean Hayes, Community‘s Danny Pudi, and Crisis actor Max Schneider.

According to Zap2It.com, About a Boy was up 12 percent last week with 7.2 million viewers. Be sure to tune in every Tuesday night @ 8/9c on NBC!

The 43-year-old British actress took a long flight, where she tweeted her thoughts on some awards season movies.

“12 hour flight : have now seen all the movies : Robert Redford in ‘All Is Lost‘ was pretty goddamn spellbinding.” Minnie tweeted. “And Jared Leto in ‘Dallas Buyers Club‘ was also utterly brilliant.”

“The thing about August O C is that however moving and good, you can’t hide Julia Roberts in Oklahoma. But you can hide Meryl Streep.” Minnie added.
