Zoey Deutch has started filming for her upcoming Netflix movie Set It Up!

The 22-year-old actress – who recently won the Women in Film Max Mara Face of the Future Award – showed off her gorgeous red locks on set on Thursday (June 15) in New York City.

She donned a flower-printed dress while playing miniature golf for one scene.

For another, she changed into a denim cut-out dress and shared a convo with co-star Jake Robinson.

Zoey was also spotted walking around set with a tray of drinks in her hand.

Set It Up, directed by Claire Scanlon, also stars Glen Powell.

The romantic comedy follows “two overworked assistants who try to get their horrible bosses out of their hair by setting them up together,” according to Variety.

Sad news for fans of the short-lived series American Odyssey – it has been canceled by NBC after just one season, according to Deadline.

NBC has not yet commented on the cancellation, but sources told the outlet that series co-creator Peter Horton personally called the cast to deliver the news.

Anna Friel, Peter Facinelli, and Jake Robinson starred in the series, which ended its season earlier this week.

American Odyssey followed three families who are torn apart when a stranded female soldier, a disillusioned corporate attorney and a disrespected political activist are pulled into the same shocking international military conspiracy.

The 24-year-old actor, who quickly became a fan favorite on the short-lived CW series The Carrie Diaries, stars as political activist Harrison Walters in the new NBC drama.

The show follows three stories – Jake‘s Harrison, a female Special Forces soldier (Anna Friel), and a disillusioned corporate lawyer (Peter Facinelli) – as their lives unexpectedly collide amid a massive military-industrial-complex conspiracy that proves a major U.S. corporation is funding the jihadists.

We caught up with Jake to chat about how he got the role, his experience filming on location in New York City, and more.

JustJared.com: My first thought after watching the pilot was that it didn’t seem like your typical network show. Were you surprised that NBC had a script like this and wanted to take this on?

Jake Robinson: Yeah, you know Robert Greenblatt comes from Showtime and I feel like he is always trying to break the mold of what network is. And I think networks are constantly having to adapt and change because of different platforms and how people are viewing content. I was definitely impressed by his risk-taking. But also at the same time, I was like yeah, I think this is kind of where most networks need to head in order to compete.
