Katie Lowes is expecting!

The 38-year-old Inventing Anna actress is pregnant with her second child with husband Adam Shapiro, she happily confirmed on her social media on Friday (July 31).

“We want to share some good news! Baby #2 coming November 2020. 👶🏻 Adam, Albee, and I are so excited! ❤️❤️❤️+❤️,” she captioned a photo of herself excitedly holding up an ultrasound.

Katie and Adam welcomed their first child, Albee, back in October of 2017.

You can currently catch Katie in Inventing Anna, the Netflix series exploring the life of con artist Anna Delvey.

Julia Garner will officially take on the role of con artist Anna Delvey in the upcoming 10-episode limited series Inventing Anna, which marks Shonda Rhimes‘ new show for Netflix.

The 25-year-old Emmy-winning Ozark actress will be joined in the cast by Veep‘s Anna Chlumsky, Orange Is the New Black‘s Laverne Cox, Scandal‘s Katie Lowes, and The Bold Type‘s Alexis Floyd.

Here is the official synopsis via Netflix: “In Inventing Anna, a journalist (Chlumsky) with a lot to prove investigates the case of Anna Delvey (Garner), the Instagram-legendary German heiress who stole the hearts of New York’s social scene — and stole their money as well. But is Anna New York’s biggest con woman or is she simply the new portrait of the American dream? Anna and the reporter form a dark funny love-hate bond as Anna awaits trial and our reporter fights the clock to answer the biggest question in NYC: who is Anna Delvey?”

Julia‘s character is “described as a young woman in her mid-20s with a hard to place European accent who takes New York by storm. Either a brilliant businesswoman or a scammer extraordinaire, Anna in turn inspires loyalty, compassion, contempt, and obsession – all while leaving behind an emotional body count,” according to THR.

The 42-year-old Emmy-nominated actress reunited with Scandal stars Katie Lowes and Darby Stanchfield and creator Shonda Rhimes at the event on Sunday (August 11) in Brentwood, Calif.

They were seen mingling with pal Rashida Jones at the star-studded party.

“I really love seeing my friends. I love being able to see them,” Kerry told InStyle at the event. “Like, I adore Cynthia [Erivo]. I don’t see her enough, but today I got to shop with her, my Scandal girls, and obviously Rashida. It’s just nice to see friends and catch up. I saw people I hadn’t seen in a long time.”

Outside of the event, Kerry was seen checking out the Mom & Pop Shop Truck’s popsicles and Rashida cooled off thanks to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, who served iced tea and iced coffee. Another treat served at the event was Lily’s Sweets and all of the guests enjoyed mini Don Julio bottles filled with signature cocktails and BABE wine in a can.

Shonda and the Scandal stars received engraved leather cases of Ateliier Cologne with perfume inside. Celebs enjoyed Skyn Iceland eye and lip treatments, Shiffa facial treatments, and hand and foot massages using NOW, Elizabeth Arden, Moroccanoil, and Avene.

Darren Criss hits the stage alongside his longtime pal Lea Michele while performing at the Center Theatre Group’s A Grand Night Benefit Gala held at the Mark Taper Forum and Ahmanson Theatre on Monday (April 22) in Los Angeles.

The Glee co-stars gave a special one-night-only performance along with Scandal‘s Katie Lowes with husband Adam Shapiro, the cast of Falsettos – Nick Adams, Eden Espinosa, Max von Essen, Nick Blaemire, Audrey Cardwell, and Bryonha Marie Parham – and Tracie Thoms, who was in the original cast of the 2016 Falsettos revival.

Proceeds from the 2019 Gala will support the ongoing impact Center Theatre Group strives to make in the community, by producing the highest quality work on our stages and programming a range of educational opportunities for students & audiences of all ages and backgrounds.

Mandy Moore, Taraji P. Henson, and Sarah Silverman team up for the world premiere of their new movie Ralph Breaks the Internet held at El Capitan Theatre on Monday (November 5) in Los Angeles.

The ladies hosted a special night of Cast Album Karaoke at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre following the performance of Waitress.

Sara wrote the music for Waitress and she even starred as the leading lady Jenna for two special engagements in 2017 and 2018. Nicolette will be making her Broadway debut as Jenna starting September 4.

Married couple Katie Lowes and Adam Shapiro, who are also in the show right now, hung out with the rest of the cast to watch audience members perform songs from the show on stage.
