Isabelle Fuhrman has joined Liana Liberato in YouTube’s upcoming Edge of Seventeen pilot.

THR broke the news of both actors’ casting.

Based off of the movie of the same name, the show would revolve around Mira (Fuhrman), a high school student and her best friend, Lou (Liberato), as they navigate the relationships, feelings and realities of being a teenage girl.

Mira is described as a whip-smart underachiever trying to survive high school until the moment she can escape her hometown and loving, but messy, family. Socially, she’s a floater, along with her best friend Lou. A clique of two. But when things start to shift in their friendship, Mira will have to search her world for other connections to help her endure her seemingly endless adolescence.

Lou (short for Louise) is a smart, dry, introverted and way overachieving. Her family is religious but lately Lou is having trouble reconciling her faith with her impulses. Still, while her older brother is rebelling, she feels pressure to be the “good kid.” Her only rebellion to date is being friends with the fun and impulsive Mira, who brings out a darker, funnier side of her that no one else knows.

Liana Liberato is a name you’re definitely going to want to get to know!

The 23-year-old actress stars in Hulu’s highly anticipated new show, Light as a Feather, which is set to premiere on the streaming service today!

The series starts off with a group of teens playing an innocent game of “Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board.” Soon, the five young ladies begin dying off in the exact way that was predicted, forcing the survivors to figure out why they’re being targeted – and whether the evil force hunting them down is one of their own. Be sure to tune into AwesomenessTV’s Light as a Feather on Hulu!

In addition, Liana recently booked the lead role in the upcoming film Hush, Hush, based on the popular young adult book series.

Liana Liberato and Wolfgang Novogratz have landed the leading roles in the upcoming film Hush, Hush, which is the adaptation of the first book in the smash hit young adult series by Becca Fitzpatrick.

Here’s a synopsis of the book (from Deadline): Nora Grey (Liberato) who, with her best friend Vee, are just trying to survive high school. When Nora meets the otherworldly hottie, Patch Cipriano (Novogratz), things take a turn for the weird. Nora’s drawn to his brooding, bad boy charm, but knows he’s hiding something. That ‘something’ turns out to be that he’s a cursed supernatural being, and to survive he needs a human sacrifice. Nora quickly finds herself thrown into a whirlwind passion and a dangerous immortal battle. But not even that can get her out of gym class.

Hush, Hush was on the New York Times best seller list for over 50 weeks when it first debuted. There are four total novels in the series.

Here’s the synopsis: Ellen is an unruly, 20-year-old anorexic girl who spent the better part of her teenage years being shepherded through various recovery programs, only to find herself several pounds lighter every time.

Determined to find a solution, her dysfunctional family agrees to send her to a group home for youths, which is led by a non-traditional doctor.

Surprised by the unusual rules-and charmed by her fellow patients-Ellen has to discover for herself how to confront her addiction and attempt self-acceptance, in order to stand a chance against her demons.

It also stars Keanu Reeves, Carrie Preston, and Liana Liberato.

To The Bone hits Netflix on July 14.

Lily Collins, Keanu Reeves, and Liana Liberato hit the red carpet while attending the premiere of their movie To The Bone on Sunday (January 22) at the Eccles Center Theatre in Park City, Utah.

The premiere was held during the 2017 Sundance Film Festival and they were joined at the event by castmates Lili Taylor, Carrie Preston, Kathryn Prescott, Ciara Bravo, Rebekah Kennedy, Maya Eshet, and Lindsey McDowell, as well as writer/director Marti Noxon.

The day before, Lily, Keanu, Carrie, and Marti stopped by the IMDb Studio to promote the film.

In the film, Lily plays a young woman dealing with anorexia who enters a group home for youths after other recovery programs end with her continuing to lose weight. She meets an unconventional doctor who challenges her to face her condition and embrace life.

Dianna Agron looked gorgeous at the premiere of her film Novitiate, which hits theaters today!

The 30-year-old actress hit the red carpet during day two of the 2017 Sundance Film Festival held at Eccles Center Theatre on Friday (January 20) Park City, Utah.

She was joined by her co-stars Margaret Qualley, Morgan Saylor, Ashley Bell, Maddie Hasson, Chelsea Lopez, Liana Liberato, Eline Powell, Rebecca Dayan, and director Maggie Betts.

The night before, Margaret‘s sister Rainey, Nat Wolff, and Margarita Levieva joined the cast to show their support at the 2017 Maven Pictures Party at The Retreat by Autograph Collection Hotels at Hotel Park City.

Novitiate is set in the early 1960s during the era of Vatican II. It focuses on a young woman in training to become a nun who struggles with issues of faith, the changing church, and sexuality.
