Maddox Jolie-Pitt Reportedly Testified Against Brad Pitt in Custody Case with Angelina Jolie

A new report claims that Maddox Jolie-Pitt has provided testimony against his father Brad Pitt in the ongoing custody battle with Angelina Jolie.

Just one day after another report said that the kids might testify, details of Maddox‘s testimony have been revealed.

Us Weekly reported on Thursday (March 18) that “Maddox has already given testimony as [an] adult in the ongoing custody dispute and it wasn’t very flattering toward Brad. He doesn’t use Pitt as his last name on documents that aren’t legal and instead uses Jolie. Maddox wants to legally change his last name to Jolie, which Angelina has said she doesn’t support.”

Angelina and Brad filed for divorce back in September of 2016, and have been in a five-year-plus long battle over the custody of their children and division their estate. They have yet to agree to a formal custody agreement and final judgement.

After Angelina filed for divorce, it was reported that Brad was under investigation for alleged child abuse regarding an incident involving Brad and their son Maddox while on a private jet. A formal investigation was launched, ending with him being cleared of any criminal wrongdoing.

Angelina is now allegedly prepared to provide proof of domestic violence.

A source close to Brad believes that Angelina is attempting to get back at him with this latest filing. The source told Us Weekly, “Over the past four-and-a-half years, there have been a number of claims made by Angelina that have been reviewed and not substantiated. The children have been used by Angelina to hurt Brad before and this is more of that behavior. This leaking of documents by her fourth or fifth set of lawyers has been done to hurt Brad.”

Brad is fighting for split custody, while Angelina is fighting for physical custody.

Angelina Jolie Wants to Honor the 'Roots' of Her Adopted Children

Angelina Jolie is opening up about her family and how she wants to honor the “roots” of her adopted children.

The 45-year-old actress spoke to Vogue in a brand new interview that was published this week.

“Each is a beautiful way of becoming family,” Angelina said about having kids biologically vs. adopting kids. “What is important is to speak with openness about all of it and to share. ‘Adoption’ and ‘orphanage’ are positive words in our home. With my adopted children, I can’t speak of pregnancy, but I speak with much detail and love about the journey to find them and what it was like to look in their eyes for the first time.”

“All adopted children come with a beautiful mystery of a world that is meeting yours,” she added. “When they are from another race and foreign land, that mystery, that gift, is so full. For them, they must never lose touch with where they came from. They have roots that you do not. Honor them. Learn from them. It’s the most amazing journey to share. They are not entering your world — you are entering each other’s worlds.”

Angelina and ex-husband Brad Pitt‘s 18-year-old son Maddox was adopted from Cambodia, their 16-year-old son Pax was adopted from Vietnam, and 15-year-old daughter Zahara was adopted from Ethiopia. The former couple also are the parents of 14-year-old daughter Shiloh and 11-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

In the interview, Angelina opened up about why she split from Brad.

“So, what’s his review of Once Upon A Time In Hollywood?” the reporter asked.

Brad responded, “I just keep that indoors,”

He also added about his kids, “I want them to follow their bliss. You know, follow their passions, whatever they’re most interested in. And then I think it’s about guiding as you can. But that they get to try everything on and find out where their passion lies. So, sure. Why not?”

Here's the Reason Why Brad Pitt Didn't Mention His Kids in Golden Globes 2020 Acceptance Speech

Brad Pitt won a Golden Globe for his work in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and some fans were left wondering something after his acceptance speech.

Brad didn’t mention his six children with his ex Angelina Jolie during the speech.

A source close to Brad reportedly told TMZ that the reason he omitted his kids from his speech was actually strategic, as “he never mentions them publicly and wants it to remain that way.” Brad believes that by mentioning his kids, it could cause them unwanted attention.

The couple shared Maddox, 18, Pax, 16, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 11.
