The Assassin’s Creed franchise has regained its status as one of the hottest video games around amid the release of its newest title, Assassin’s Creed: Mirage.
The historical action/adventure franchise launched in 2007 with the majority of its gameplay revolving around stealth kills. Since then, there have been 12 Assassin’s Creed titles released as part of the main series, as it has leaned more into the role-playing style with vast open worlds and endless ways to explore.
