Anne Hathaway and her husband Adam Shulman arrive in style for the Giorgio Armani fashion show during the Milan Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2022/2023 on Sunday (February 27) in Milan, Italy.

Also in attendance were Alexander Skarsgard, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Brazilian model and actress (and the face of Armani beauty) Valentina Sampaio, Chinese actress and singer Fala Chen, Italian actress Matilda De Angelis and more.

During the show, Giorgio Armani showed his support for Ukraine by having a completely silent fashion show. “My decision not to use any music was taken as a sign of respect towards the people involved in the unfolding tragedy in Ukraine,” Armani said in a statement posted to social media.

Liev Schreiber leans in to give a kiss to co-star Matilda De Angelis as they continue to film their movie, Across The River and Into The Trees, in Venice, Italy on Monday (January 25).

The two stars have been spotted all around the Floating City over the course of the month shooting the movie based on Ernest Hemingway‘s final novel.

Liev and Matilda were seen standing at the center of the famous Rialto Bridge that goes over the Grand Canal and shared a kiss after a glass of wine.

Moments before and after their shared on-screen kiss, Liev was seen with his face mask back on during the moments when cameras were not rolling.

Josh Hutcherson will also star in the flick, which centers on the character of Richard Cantwell, a war-ravaged American colonel stationed in Italy at the close of the Second World War, and his love for a young Italian countess.

The actress, who you might recognize from The Undoing, is starring opposite Liev Schreiber in the period movie based on the Ernest Hemingway novel.

Matilda and Liev were seen filming a dinner scene between their characters, before taking in some of the famous sights of Venice along the Grand Canal.

Here’s the summary of the book: “This is the story of Richard Cantwell, a war-ravaged American colonel stationed in Italy at the close of the Second World War, and his love for a young Italian countess.”

This was Hemingway’s last full-length novel that was published in his lifetime.

Liev and Matilda wrapped up shooting on the movie in 2020 before their holiday break by filming a sweet dance scene.

Matilda De Angelis is getting candid with her fans about her struggle with acne.

The 25-year-old Italian actress just received a lot of acclaim for her work as Elena Alves in the HBO series The Undoing and now she’s filming the upcoming movie Across The River and Into The Trees with Liev Schreiber.

Matilda took to Instagram recently and shared an unfiltered photo of the acne on her face.

“There are things that cannot be controlled and this year taught us well. There are changes that we must accept in our life and with them, the perception of ourselves and the world around us. Paradoxical things happen in life don’t they? Well, for me, being an actress and working with a face eaten by acne is one of them,” Matilda said.

She continued, “Every day I have to wake up and present myself first in front of the mirror and then in front of the camera with all the emotional load that already entails and being ‘splendid,’ ‘in part’ and concentrated together with all my fears and insecurities literally on the skin. There are much bigger problems in life, I am aware of that, but I wanted to share this little truth perhaps to feel stronger, perhaps to accept myself better.”

“Our fears can paralyze us or they can become a great force, it is up to us to choose the path. And to practice so much gratitude for all the good things that happen to us and maybe even for the bad ones,” Matilda concluded.

Liev Schreiber is all suited up in a full military dress uniform while filming new scenes for Across The River and Into The Trees in Venice, Italy on Monday (December 21).

The 53-year-old actor was joined by his co-star, Matilda De Angelis, and the two were seen sharing a dance along with a few other couples after enjoying a cup of coffee and a conversation for the movie.

When not filming, Liev and Matilda have been wearing their face masks on set to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

If you’re unfamiliar, the movie is based on Ernest Hemingway‘s novel of the same name.

Matilda De Angelis is getting candid about kissing Nicole Kidman.

The 25-year-old The Undoing star got candid about her hit HBO miniseries in an interview with Interview.

During the chat, she discussed some of the scenes in the show, including one in which she stands fully nude in front of Nicole, as well as kissing her.

“I’ve been in love with her basically all my life, and on the day I was supposed to meet her, and when she arrived – she doesn’t walk, she floats on the air like an angel – I was just struck by how beautiful and charming she was,” she explained, adding that she “instantly” felt comfortable after meeting Nicole Kidman.

As for the kissing? “Wow. I loved it. I was so proud. I think of it as my first kiss,” she gushed.

“Whether it’s my eyes, or my mouth, or my boobs or my vagina, my body is just another tool to express myself. It’s still me. As long as the goal is to communicate something complex, then nakedness can be a powerful way to express and persuade,” she went on to say of appearing naked, going on to say she “freaked out” when she learned she got the role alongside Nicole.

“She’s been my favorite actress since I was a little girl. It’s something that just doesn’t happen to [citizens from my hometown in Italy],” she said.
