Caterina Scorsone and her husband, musician Rob Giles, are getting a divorce after 10 years of marriage.

The 38-year-old Grey’s Anatomy actress and Rob got married back in 2009 and they share three children – Eliza, 7, Pippa, 3, and Arwen, who was born in December.

“Caterina and Rob have separated. They remain friends and are committed to co-parenting their children in a spirit of love,” their reps told People.

The Blast reported that Caterina filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Court on Friday (May 8) and it’s unclear what the custody agreement will be.

Caterina Scorsone has decided to change her daughter’s name.

The 38-year-old Grey’s Anatomy actress and her husband Rob Giles welcomed their new baby in December.

The couple previously chose the name Arwen, but she’ll now be going by what her middle name was.

“I love my baby,” Caterina captioned an Instagram photo of herself and her baby snuggling up on Saturday (April 11). “I love books. (By the way, we went with what was her middle name. Lucinda. “Lucky” for short.)”

Caterina and Rob are also parents to Eliza, 7, and Paloma, 3.

“Arwen is here! Our family wishes you a happy new year, a happy new decade and a happy heart made new by love in every exquisite moment. ❤️” Caterina captioned two photos of their newest baby girl being loved on by her two sisters, Paloma and Eliza.

“Our Family’s about to get even kookier. #pumpkinintheoven 🎃,” Caterina wrote on Instagram along with a photo of her family dressed as The Addams Family for Halloween.
