'Whose Line Is It Anyway' To End on The CW After 12 Seasons

Comedy series Whose Line Is It Anyway has joined the slew of other shows ending on The CW.

News of its ending was revealed by one of the cast members, Colin Mochrie, who has been with the program since the very beginning.

“Hey everyone. Hope you are enjoying the current season of Whose Line,” Colin started, before revealing that “in January, we shoot our final season.”

“Thank you all for the support over the years,” he concluded in his tweet.

Whose Line Is It Anyway is currently in its 11th season on the network, and also stars Ryan Styles, Wayne Brady and Aisha Tyler. Drew Carey was a previous host on the program.

The series originally aired on ABC and ABC Family from 1998 to 2007 before it headed to The CW in 2013.
