Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny came to this ruling following testimony from Sam and from Britney‘s father, Jamie Spears.

Jamie has been in charge of Britney‘s money and affairs through a court-ordered conservatorship for 11 years.

Jamie testified that Sam has been a “predator” to his family for over 10 years, and that his harassment has recently started up again, stating on the stand, “I worried that he was trying to take down the conservatorship. I was very angry. I was worried that we were right back in 2008.”

Britney Spears was not present in court.

The judge extended the temporary restraining order first issued on May 8.
