Carol Burnett Joined By Legends for 90th Birthday Special Taping - See Every Celeb There!

So many celebs showed up to help Carol Burnett celebrate her 90th birthday a little early!

The legendary comedian and actress was joined by pals like Julie Andrews, Cher, and Katy Perry for the taping of NBC’s Carol Burnett: 90 Years of Laughter + Love special on Thursday (March 2) in Los Angeles.

The special will feature musical performances from top entertainers and celebrity appearances from so many of Carol‘s friends and admirers in Hollywood.

You can watch the special on Wednesday, April 26 at 8/7c on NBC and the next day on Peacock. It will air on the night of Carol’s actual birthday.

Scott Bakula Explains Why He's Not Involved in 'Quantum Leap' Reboot on NBC

Scott Bakula starred in all five seasons of the original Quantum Leap series, but he has “no involvement” in the upcoming reboot that premieres on NBC next week.

The 67-year-old actor is now explaining why he’s not going to appear in the new series, which debuts on September 19.

Raymond Lee is leading the cast of the reboot as physicist Ben Song.

“To Quantum Leap fans around the world, in an effort to quiet the rumors and move on… First of all, thanks for hanging around through the decades! Here’s the simple version of what’s going on with the Quantum Leap reboot and me,” Scott began in a post on Instagram.

'NCIS: New Orleans' Ending With Season Seven After 155 Episodes

NCIS: New Orleans will say goodbye with season seven.

CBS announced tonight that the show, which is a spinoff from flagship series NCIS, will end with its’ current season.

The series follows Dwayne Pride (Scott Bakula) and his local field agents in investigating criminal cases involving military personnel in The Big Easy, a city known for its music, entertainment and decadence.

The season finale scheduled for May 16 will now serve as the series finale. At the time of its conclusion, the show will have aired 155 episodes, Variety reports.

“It has been our sincere pleasure and honor to work on this show and with this incredible cast and crew for over 150 episodes,” executive producers Christopher Silber and Jan Nash said in a statement. “As disappointed as we are to see ‘NOLA’ end, we couldn’t be prouder of the work we’ve done and are grateful to the spectacular and resilient Crescent City that embraced us for seven wonderful years.”

The news follows the announcement that the franchise is expanding more with a planned NCIS: Hawaii spinoff.
