Casey Affleck and Joaquin Phoenix, who are former brothers-in-law, haven’t spoken in years and now they have sold the New York City apartment that they purchased together.

If you didn’t know, Casey used to be married to Joaquin‘s sister Summer Phoenix. When the couple split, the guys had a falling out.

Joaquin said in a recent interview that they haven’t spoken “in many years… My sister and him divorced. And I haven’t spoken directly to him or indirectly in a long time. Three or four years.”

The guys had purchased a loft near the TriBeCa neighborhood in New York City and they just sold it for $3.135 million, according to People.

The 47-year-old actress joined Summer, who is Joaquin Phoenix‘s youngest sibling, as they grabbed lunch together on Wednesday (October 16) at Croft Alley in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Jennifer looked cute but casual in a white tee and jeans, paired with a beige cardigan.

The day before, Jennifer helped welcome friend Jennifer Aniston to Instagram by posting a funny video with the Friends Lego set.

“Welcome wonderful 🌟@jenniferaniston 🌟to Instagram. 🤗♥️” Jennifer captioned the video.

Celeb couple Rooney Mara and Joaquin Phoenix walked the red carpet separately at the 2018 Art of Elysium Heaven Gala on Saturday night (January 6) in Santa Monica, Calif.

Joaquin walked the red carpet with his sisters, Rain and Summer Phoenix, at the star-studded event ahead of tonight’s 2018 Golden Globes.

Casey Affleck‘s estranged wife Summer Phoenix has officially filed for divorce.

The 41-year-old actor and 38-year-old actress’ divorce announcement comes a little over a year after they revealed their separation.

The couple share two children – 13-year-old Indiana and 9-year-old Atticus.

Summer cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split and is requesting spousal support and joint physical and legal custody of their children.

The two met back in 1995 after Summer‘s brother Joaquin worked with Casey‘s brother Ben on To Die For.

The couple dated for many years before marrying in 2006.

Zoe Kravitz is one of not many people who can flawlessly pull off a pixie haircut.

The 28-year-old Big Little Lies star stepped out on the red carpet at the Tiffany HardWear Los Angeles Preview with The Art of Elysium at Elysium Art Salons on Wednesday (April 26) in Los Angeles.

Casey Affleck and his wife Summer Phoenix have split after almost 10 years of marriage, his rep confirms to Just Jared.

“Casey and Summer have amicably separated. They remain very close friends,” a rep for the 40-year-old actor told JJ in a statement.

Casey and Summer have two sons together: Indiana (born in 2004) and Atticus (born in 2008). Casey and Summer wed in June of 2006.
