Edgar Wright's 'Last Night in Soho' Trailer Gives Us Another Amazing Anya-Taylor Joy Performance - Watch Now!

The teaser trailer for writer and director Edgar Wright‘s new psychological thriller Last Night in Soho is finally here. Watch it below!

The film follows a young girl, passionate in fashion design, who is mysteriously able to enter the 1960s where she encounters her idol, a dazzling wannabe singer. But 1960s London is not what it appears, and time seems to fall apart with shady consequences.

The movie stars Anya Taylor-Joy, Thomasin Harcourt McKenzie, Matt Smith, Terence Stamp, Diana Rigg, Rita Tushingham, Michael Ajao, and Synnøve Karlsen.

The movie is in theaters on October 22, 2021.

'Last Night in Soho' Release Date Delayed - Here's Why

Psychological thriller Last Night in Soho is moving out of its September 2020 release date to April 23, 2021, and the director is explaining why.

Director Edgar Wright revealed the news on Twitter, saying, “Haunted by someone else’s past, but we’ll see you in the future… It’s true, #LastNightInSoho is not quite finished yet due to Covid 19. But, I’m excited for you all to experience it, at a big screen near you, on April 23, 2021.” Turns out, the movie hasn’t been completed yet due to the pandemic.

Anya Taylor Joy, Matt Smith and JoJo Rabbit‘s Thomasin Harcourt McKenzie star in the movie. Be sure to mark your calendar for the new release date of April 23 of next year!

'Last Night in Soho' Sets 2020 Release Date

Last Night in Soho has a release date!

The forthcoming psychological thriller, directed by Edgar Wright, will be released on September 25, 2020 in North America, Focus Features announced on Wednesday (August 7).

The film, which is set in London, stars Anya Taylor-Joy, Thomasin Harcourt McKenzie, Matt Smith, Michael Ajao, Synnøve Karlsen, Diana Rigg, Terence Stamp and Rita Tushingham.

The film was co-written by Edgar and Penny Dreadful writer Krysty Wilson-Cairns.
