Cate Blanchett has something important!

The Thor: Ragnarok actress revealed that she has Thor’s legendary hammer during an appearance on Tuesday’s (April 14) at-home edition of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.

“You know how that Thor film that was shut down in Australia? It wasn’t anything to do with COVID-19. It was because I got the hammer. I have Mjölnir here. And, look at how easy I can lift it,” she amusingly said.

She also said she’s got stuff from the set of The Hobbit.

“I was looking for my ears—for my elf ears and I couldn’t find them. And I know the kids have Hobbit feet somewhere and I thought, Oh, I’d love to show them to you. Couldn’t find them. But I did find Tauriel’s fighting blades…I mean, some people stock toilet paper, but I’ve got these,” she said.

Chris Hemsworth‘s Thor: Ragnarok has dominated the weekend box office once again.

The film brought in $56.6 million in its second weekend at the box office – which is definitely enough for a first place finish in the gross numbers! The Marvel film has a total gross of $211,589,707 in the US.

Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg‘s Daddy’s Home 2 brought in $30 million in its opening weekend, good enough to earn a second place mention this weekend.

The star-studded Murder on the Orient Express movie opened just behind Daddy’s Home 2 with $28.2 million in its opening weekend, which brought the film to third place.

Rounding out the top five were A Bad Moms Christmas and Jigsaw, which brought in $11.5 and $3.4 million, respectively.

Thor: Ragnarok, the third Thor movie in the Marvel franchise, has grossed $121 million in its debut at the box office.

The movie stars Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Cate Blanchett, Tessa Thompson, and more, and had the fourth best opening of 2017. Beauty and the Beast (at $174.8 million), Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (at $146.5 million), and It (at $123.4 million) all had slightly stronger debuts. Overseas, the movie has already grossed $306 million.

A Bad Moms Christmas opened on Wednesday of this past week, and came in second at the box office with $17 million earned.

Rounding out the top five were Jigsaw, Tyler Perry’s Boo 2! A Madea Halloween, and Geostorm, each earning $6.7, $4.6, and $3 million at the box office, respectively.

Thor: Ragnarok is now in theaters and the main cast members, including Chris Hemsworth, celebrated by performing a live “4D version” of the movie for the latest episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden!

A movie theater full of fans thought they were just seeing an advance screening of the film, but they were surprised when James interrupted the movie and introduced the cast on stage for the live staging.

Chris was joined by his co-stars Cate Blanchett as Hela, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk, and Jeff Goldblum as The Grandmaster.

The new Marvel movie Thor: Ragnarok will be blasting into theaters in less than two weeks and we’ve been treated to a hot new shirtless photo of star Chris Hemsworth!

The new pic was released along with 15 other stills from the upcoming superhero movie, which also stars Cate Blanchett, Tom Hiddleston, Tessa Thompson, Mark Ruffalo, Karl Urban, Jeff Goldblum, Idris Elba, Anthony Hopkins, and more.

Thor: Ragnarok, which was directed by Taika Waititi, is set to hit theaters everywhere on November 3.
