A year after the now infamous 2022 Will Smith Oscars slap heard ’round the world, Chris Rock is now making headlines once again with his new Netflix comedy special, Selective Outrage.

Among one of the things he spoke about most – aside from the incident, and cancel culture at large – is his family: specifically, his two daughters, Lola Rock and Zahra Rock. 

Fans might be curious to learn more about Chris Rock‘s two adult daughters, whom he shares with ex-wife, Malaak Compton-Rock. The two were married from 1996 to 2014, finalizing their divorce in 2016. The two still live close by for their daughters.

And while he’s been fairly private about his at-home life, Chris Rock has shared some sweet details over the years about their relationship.

Chris Rock takes youngest daughter Zahra Savannah Rock, 3 1/2, to the premiere of Bee Movie at the AMC Lincoln Square 13 Theatre in NYC on Thursday. His wife Malaak and daughter Lola Simone Rock, 5 1/2, also accompanied the father-daughter duo (pictured below).

Rock, 42, lends his voice talents in the animated feature as Mooseblood the mosquito, a colorful insect with a singular take on insect life. Mooseblood meets Barry (Jerry Seinfeld) on a windshield during his travels into the human world.

Also starring in this film: Renee Zellweger, Matthew Broderick, John Goodman, Larry King, Ray Liotta, S, Oprah Winfrey and Megan Mullally.

Bee Movie opens in theaters next Friday, Nov. 2.
