How Kate Hudson Dropped 30 Lbs. of Baby Weight
Kate Hudson bundles up while taking her son Bingham for a stroll on Friday (May 4) in London, England.
The 33-year-old actress showed off her amazing post-baby body in a sequined Jenny Packham dress last weekend at the 2012 White House Correspondents’ Dinner.
How did Kate drop 30 lbs. after giving birth?
“She bikes everywhere!” a friend told Us Weekly, adding that she also dances in her home studio and goes on 5-mile runs outside. “She loves being active.”
Kate also incorporates plenty of vegetables and lean protein, such as chicken, in her diet and also eliminated all alcohol.
FYI: Kate is using her Bugaboo stroller!

It doesn’t hurt that she doesn’t have a real job to spend 40+ hours a week at and she also has a nanny and personal trainer and I’m sure she has a chef!!
