Rosie Huntington-Whiteley smiles while leaving Bar Pitti on Monday (August 1) in New York City.

The 24-year-old British model and actress dined al fresco at the West Village restaurant with a friend before hailing a cab.

Rosie‘s beau, Jason Statham, recently sold his 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in the Hollywood Hills for $2.7 million.

Jason is now reportedly building a new house in the same area for himself and Rosie.
