Cameron Diaz Hits the Gym

Cameron Diaz shows off her toned physique as she hits the gym for a workout on Saturday (August 6) in West Hollywood.

The 38-year-old actress arrived back in town earlier in the week after spending time in Miami with her boyfriend, Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez.

Cam and Alex celebrated his 36th birthday with a lunch on the waterfront. “They sat near the water at Smith & Wollensky in Miami Beach and had a great time,” a source told People.

FYI: Cameron is carrying a Tod’s bag.
