The 25-year-old singer signed an autograph for a fan on her way out.

Lana is back in town after traveling to London late last month, where she performed at London Fashion Week and attended the Brit Awards.

Lana was also spotted walking arm in arm with her rumored boyfriend, Barrie James O’Neill, during a break from work and fashion presentations in London.
