Lindsay Lohan: Hit & Run Case Sent to District Attorney

Lindsay Lohan heads out of her hotel and into an awaiting car on Thursday (May 3) in New York City.

The 25-year-old actress is still involved in an on-going legal dispute over an alleged hit and run accident.

While there is not enough evidence to prove a crime, the manager of a hookah lounge in Hollywood is still pursuing the case. Because the crime can not be proven, the case is being sent to the district attorney for the final say, according to TMZ.
