Just Jared's Celebrity Split Recap 2012

In the past year, we’ve seen some shocking celebrity breakups.

Back in June, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes announced they were separating after years of marriage. Another shocking split was Heidi Klum and Seal‘s January divorce announcement, which broke up the family of six. In October, Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran went their separate ways, and rumors quickly spread that he reunited with his ex Rihanna. Taylor Swift and her guy Conor Kennedy also called it quits after having a summer romance.

Some breakups did end in a reconciliation, however, like Sofia Vergara and Nick Loeb, who split in May, but became engaged later in the year! Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were also reported to have split, but have been recently linked back together as well.
