Ryan Phillippe and his longtime girlfriend Paulina Slagter are engaged!

The 24-year-old law student was reportedly seen with an engagement ring on her finger over the weekend, People reports, while out to lunch in Miami.

Ryan, 41, supposedly popped the question over the holiday and they plan on ringing in the New Year together in the area!

Ryan has three kids, two with ex Reese Witherspoon (Ava, 16, and Deacon, 12) and one with ex Alexis Knapp (a daughter Kai, 4).
