Madonna Once Braided Her Hair Through a Performance of 'Cabaret' & Made an Actress Furious

Madonna finds time to do her hair, no matter where she is.

During an appearance by Uzo Aduba and John Benjamin Hickey on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, a fan asked the 57-year-old In Treatment star if he’d ever gotten starstruck during a performance.

And while John didn’t have a starstruck moment to share, he did remember the time that the 62-year-old “Express Yourself” pop icon distracted during a performance of Cabaret about twenty years ago with Alan Cumming and Natasha Richardson.

“One night in the audience, Madonna was there. And we were all so excited that she was there. And there were lights on the audience. Madonna proceeded to sit and braid her hair through the entire performance,” he explained, adding that he didn’t really care, but leading lady Natasha was furious.

“If you’re going to come to the theater, don’t sit and braid your hair. Have some manners, especially if you know all eyes are on you. So I guess that was a version of being starstruck, but not in the right way,” he explained.

Natasha sadly died in 2009 following a skiing accident at 45. One famous movie co-star recently remembered her in a touching tribute.
