Marvel's 'Shang-Chi' Gets Disney+ Debut Date After Successful Run in Theaters

Marvel‘s Shang-Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings has a debut date on Disney+ where subscribers will be able to watch the latest film if they didn’t get a chance to catch it in theaters.

Shang-Chi will debut on Disney+ on Friday November 12, which is also being dubbed Disney+ Day, a day to celebrate the streamer. Shang-Chi has enjoyed a successful run at the box office, despite the shaky theatrical landscape amid the pandemic.

“We’ll be surprising people with offers and it will be an annual thing,” Disney CEO Bob Chapek said (via Deadline). “We’re going to have new content release against one of our four key franchises.”

Meanwhile, Disney has been in hot water since one major Marvel star filed a huge lawsuit against them.
