Jennifer Lopez Denies Being Mad at Ben Affleck Over His Recent Comments About Ex Jennifer Garner

Jennifer Lopez is addressing some reports about her and Ben Affleck.

Earlier this week, Ben made some comments regarding his battle with alcoholism and his marriage to Jennifer Garner.

In an interview with Howard Stern, Ben said he would “probably still be drinking” if he was still married to Jennifer (Garner).

After his comments went viral, reports were circulating that J.Lo is upset with Ben over what he said about his ex.

However, J.Lo is now refuting those rumors.

“This story is simply not true,” J.Lo told People. “It is not how I feel.”

She added, “I couldn’t have more respect for Ben as father, a co-parent, and a person.”

For his part, Ben took issue with the focus on the coverage of his comments about Jennifer Garner.

In an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Ben clarified his comments, saying he “would never want my kids to think I would ever say a bad word about their mom” before adding that he and Jennifer Garner “respect” and “care” about each other and will always put their kids “first.”
