The Bachelorette star Hayden Markowitz is apologizing.

The 29-year-old contestant on Season 19 of the hit ABC series, competing for the love of Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia, issued an apology on Instagram following Monday’s (August 1) episode of the show.

“For those who watched tonight’s episode, you saw me at my absolute worst and lowest moment,” he began.
