ABC has released a shocking new schedule for the Fall 2023 season and it lacks any original scripted content due to the ongoing writer’s strike.
Networks are expected to go heavy on the reality television programming at this time due to the uncertainty of when the WGA strike will end, as most TV programs cannot move forward without writers present. Reality, competition, and game show programs are the exception and can fill the gap here.
New to the ABC lineup this year is The Golden Bachelor, which will feature a man who is 60+ and looking for love with a group of women, also in that age range.

ABC has revealed three new shows that will not be getting additional seasons.
The television network announced the news on Friday (May 12) about the series, which will join several others on the cancellation block.
