“Kevin Costner, he so much wanted to be here,” Regina said with a laugh. “I always like how they write this. Like, ‘he so much wanted to be here.’ I’m sure he did… He so much wanted to be here, but because of the unprecedented raining and flooding, he has to shelter in place in Santa Barbara, Jesus.”

Regina said with a laugh, “This is a sad story right now. He’s stuck in Santa Barbara. Let’s pray everyone. No, that’s awful. No, no, no. This is true. We pray and hope that everyone affected by these storms remain safe.”

Kevin explained on Instagram, “Yesterday, we had to pull the kids out of school, and in Santa Barbara, this is the second time in five years … the freeways flooded out. We found ourselves on the wrong side of town and couldn’t get back last night. We couldn’t even get back to the house this morning in time, with the freeways closed…. No one is sadder than us that we couldn’t be there.”

Here are other celebs who live in the area affected by the storms.
