Richard Madden's New Instagram Post Has Fans Convinced He's Playing the Next James Bond!

Earlier this week, the 36-year-old Golden Globe-winning actor appeared in a new video with his Citadel co-star Stanley Tucci and fans are now convinced that he will be taking over as James Bond from Daniel Craig.

In the video shared on Instagram, Richard and Stanley, 62, are sitting in a restaurant, say “Cheers” to each other, clink their glasses, and then take sips of their martinis.

Richard also re-posted the video on his own Instagram Story.

For those unaware, Bond’s favorite drink is a martini with a lemon twist in it – and that’s the same exact cocktail Richard is drinking in the video!

Fans went wild in the comments, assuming that Richard and Stanley dropped hints that they will be starring in the next James Bond movie.

“I don’t know what drinks look like, but if that’s Richard Madden drinking a Martini that’s been shaken, not stirred……imma hit the roof with excitement,” one fan wrote.

“New Bond and Q?!,” another questioned, as a third fan wrote, “There you go, here’s the new James Bond.”

Of course this is all speculation right now, since there has been no official announcement yet that Richard has been cast to play the next James Bond.
