Jim Toth Spotted With 'New Girlfriend,' 4 Months After Split from Reese Witherspoon

It appears that Reese Witherspoon‘s ex Jim Toth has moved on, four months after their split went public.

Reese and Jim announced their separation back in March 2023 after 12 years of marriage.

“It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect for everything we have created together,” they said in a joint statement.

It’s now being reported that Jim has someone new in his life.

A source told People, “Jim was staying with a new girlfriend at the Sendero Nosara in Costa Rica. They seemed to be staying in a suite, and they looked really happy, just chilling and soaking up that pura vida vibe. It was definitely romantic.”

Jim was previously a talent agent at CAA and then helped launch the streaming service Quibi, which has since shut down. He later served on the boards of Reese‘s companies Hello Sunshine and Draper James.

Reese recently talked about her divorce in a new interview.
