Former President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden share an eight-year age gap. Biden, 83, first met Jill, 74, in the 1970s after his younger brother reportedly encouraged him to call her after the tragic loss of his first wife, Neilia Biden.

The couple married in 1977 and went on to build a decades-long relationship that has played out alongside Biden‘s lengthy political career in the Senate, vice presidency, and White House. Jill has talked about the fact he proposed to her several times before she finally said yes.

Biden and Jill share one child, a daughter named Ashley. He also has three children Beau, Hunter, and Naomi, from his previous marriage.

Emmanuel Macron and wife Brigitte Macron, 24-year age gap

French President Emmanuel Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron have a buzzy relationship mainly due to the fact their she is older than him. They have a 24-year age gap.

Emmanuel, 48, met Brigitte, 72, when she was his drama teacher at a private school in Amiens, France. The couple married in 2007. They have been pretty open about addressing their relationship and its unconventional start.

They do not have any biological children together, but Brigitte has three kids from her previous marriage.
