Billy Porter is perfectly pink for the premiere of his directorial debut, Anything’s Possible.
The Emmy and Tony winner attended the premiere of the movie during the opening night of the 2022 Outfest Los Angeles LGBTQ+ Film Festival on Thursday (July 14) at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles.
Billy was joined at the event by cast members Eva Reign, Kelly Lamor Wilson, Abubakr Ali, Simone Joy Jones, and Courtnee Carter.
Anything’s Possible is a coming-of-age story that follows Kelsa (Reign), a confident high school girl who is trans, as she navigates through senior year. When her classmate Khal (Ali) gets a crush on her, he musters up the courage to ask her out, despite the drama he knows it could cause. What transpires is a romance that showcases the joy, tenderness, and pain of young love.
The movie will be released on Prime Video on July 22.
