The 20-year-old singer dropped her song “Bad Idea Right?” over the summer and it’s all about her going back to an ex when she knows it isn’t a good idea.

“‘bad idea right?’ started with us making a joke song about me hooking up with an ex-boyfriend, but then we realized we were actually onto something,” Olivia said in a statement. “We were throwing the weirdest things at the wall — in one of choruses there’s a part that sounds like an instrument in the background, but it’s me gradually screaming louder and louder.”

It has been rumored for weeks that Olivia Rodrigo parted ways with boyfriend Adam Faze and now a source has confirmed the news.

The 18-year-old “Driver’s License” singer and the 24-year-old music video producer were first linked in June 2021 while attending a star-studded party for Space Jam 2 at Six Flags in California.

Olivia and Adam never publicly commented on their relationship, but right when they first started dating, she told People how she was “a lot happier than I was when I wrote” the album Sour.

The 18-year-old “Good 4 U” singer and the 24-year-old producer were seen holding hands on a date night on Friday (August 27) in Los Angeles.

The couple was first confirmed to be dating back in early July after they attended an industry event together and then they were seen flaunting some PDA a couple weeks after that.
