We’re just a few short weeks away until George Clooney‘s new movie is released!

Netflix released the final trailer for the The Midnight Sky, directed by and starring the 59-year-old Oscar winner.

Here’s a synopsis of the film: This post-apocalyptic tale follows Augustine (Clooney), a lonely scientist in the Arctic, as he races to stop Sully (Felicity Jones) and her fellow astronauts from returning home to a mysterious global catastrophe. Clooney directs the adaptation of Lily Brooks-Dalton’s acclaimed novel “Good Morning, Midnight,” co-starring David Oyelowo, Kyle Chandler, Demián Bichir and Tiffany Boone.

It was recently revealed that George has a new movie in the works, and he might be teaming up with a fellow Oscar winner for it.

The Midnight Sky will debut on December 23 on Netflix.

The official trailer for the upcoming sci-fi thriller Chaos Walking, starring Daisy Ridley and Tom Holland, has arrived!

The movie was directed by Doug Liman, who is best known for his films The Edge of Tomorrow and The Bourne Identity. The star-studded cast also includes Oscar nominees Cynthia Erivo and Demian Bichir, as well as David Oyelowo, Mads Mikkelsen, Nick Jonas, and Kurt Sutter, who is the creator of Sons of Anarchy.

Here is the movie’s synopsis: In the not too distant future, Todd Hewitt (Holland) discovers Viola (Ridley), a mysterious girl who crash lands on his planet, where all the women have disappeared and the men are afflicted by “the Noise” – a force that puts all their thoughts on display. In this dangerous landscape, Viola’s life is threatened – and as Todd vows to protect her, he will have to discover his own inner power and unlock the planet’s dark secrets.

Chaos Walking does not yet have a release date, but it’s expected to hit theaters in 2021.

This is already George‘s seventh movie as a director and he has starred in all but one of them – 2017′s Suburbicon.

Also starring in The Midnight Sky are David Oyelowo, Tiffany Boone, Demian Bichir, Kyle Chandler, and newcomer Caoilinn Springall.

The new horror film The Grudge has just debuted the brand new trailer for the upcoming film, hitting theaters on January 3, 2020.

John Cho, Betty Gilpin, Andrea Riseborough, Lin Shaye, Demian Bichir and Jacki Weaver star in the R-rated, new vision of the film.

Actress and model Stefanie Sherk‘s cause of death has been revealed.

The wife of actor Demian Bichir passed away from “anoxic encephalopathy, a condition where the brain tissue is deprived of oxygen resulting in loss of brain function,” The Blast reports from the Los Angeles County medical examiner.

Her death was officially listed as a suicide with asphyxia and drowning listed as contributing causes. Stefanie‘s body was reportedly found at the bottom of the family’s swimming pool.

Emergency responders were actually able to resuscitate her and transport her to a hospital, but she did pass away 8 days later.

Stefanie‘s age at the time of her death is being reported by different media outlets as either 37 or 43.

Our continued thoughts are with Stefanie‘s friends, family, and loved ones during this difficult time.

Stefanie Sherk has sadly died at the age of 37.

The Canadian model and actress died on April 20, according to her husband, Demian Bichir in a post on Instagram on Wednesday (April 24).

“It has been the saddest and toughest time of our lives and we don’t know how much time it will take for us to overcome this pain. It is our sincerest hope that our beautiful Stefanie, my angel and love of my life, will rest in eternal peace,” he wrote.

A cause of death was not specified.

The two began their relationship in 2010. Stefanie also appeared in Demian‘s directorial debut, Un Cuento de Circo & A Love Song.
