HyunA is reacting to trending speculation regarding the size of her lips.
The 27-year-old South Korean singer-songwriter responded to rumors on Friday morning (July 5) after being photographed at the airport in Taiwan.

After some commenters felt that HyunA‘s lips looked big in the pictures and began speculating about fillers, the “Bubble Pop!” singer reacted directly to the trending topic on her Instagram.
“I didn’t do eye make-up and I drew big lips outside my lip line. My make-up can be light or dark, and I like the fact that it can be different every time. I like having a lot of chances to change my appearance as I carry out my schedule. I don’t like the obvious malicious comments online,” she wrote. (English translation via Soompi.)

The K-Pop couple, who recently made headlines after confirming their relationship and ultimately leaving their agency Cube Entertainment amid scandal, danced it out to the sound of Tinashe‘s “Throw A Fit” on Instagram on Tuesday (November 20).

The 26-year-old “Bubble Pop” superstar and the 24-year-old former Pentagon boy band member both worked it out with individual choreography to the track.
The two stars also appeared in an Instagram Live together, as E’Dawn named five things he liked about HyunA, and HyunA then picked out things she liked about him.

After several months of rumors and controversy, E’Dawn is officially leaving Cube Entertainment.
The 24-year-old Pentagon boy band member is parting ways with his agency following the revelation earlier in the summer that he is dating HyunA.
“Cube Entertainment and E’Dawn agreed to the termination of the exclusive contract on [November] 14. We once again sincerely thank the artist and fans who have been with us until now,” the agency confirmed on Wednesday (November 14).
For those unfamiliar, the drama began when Cube issued a statement, denying reports of E’Dawn and HyunA dating at the beginning of August.
The two K-Pop superstars, who were at that point labelmates and bandmates in the trio Triple H, decided to take it upon themselves to confirm the relationship themselves days later.
“I really wanted to be honest. For the fans who always support me and watch over me, I want to work hard on stage with a happy heart, with nothing to hide, as I always have. Thank you, and even though it’s really not enough just to say I love you, I have no other way of expressing it,” HyunA said.
Their decision to go rogue and reveal the romance right after their agency’s denial led to reports that they’d been removed from the agency.
Following public uproar, Cube Entertainment denied this, explaining that they were in “ongoing discussions” with the stars.
Weeks later, Cube officially confirmed that HyunA would be terminating her contract with the agency in October.
Now, E’Dawn is doing the same thing one month later.
E’Dawn followed up the Cube Entertainment departure news by posting on his Instagram on the same day, smiling and posing in a series of caption-free pictures, changing his handle from “eeeeedawn” to “hyojong_1994.” (His full name is Kim Hyojong and he was born in 1994.) The two K-Pop superstars and Triple H group members, who recently revealed that they are dating, have been let go from their agency as of Thursday (September 13), according to a statement from the company.

“Cube Entertainment has decided to remove HyunA and E’Dawn [from the company]. When managing our artists, the company has worked with faith and trust in each other as the main priority. After much discussion, the judgment was made that it is not possible to recover the faith with the two artists HyunA and E’Dawn, so their removal has been decided. We sincerely thank the two artists and their fans who have been with us until now,” the agency declared.
While Cube initially denied reports of the romance, HyunA and E’Dawn eventually confessed that it was true in early August. The two received backlash from some fans for hiding their relationship, while others defended the couple.
The two have not yet addressed their removal from the company.

While the two initially denied reports earlier in the week, HyunA used her Instagram to confess that it was true in a heartfelt note.
“I really wanted to be honest. For the fans who always support me and watch over me, I want to work hard on stage with a happy heart, with nothing to hide, as I always have. Thank you, and even though it’s really not enough just to say I love you, I have no other way of expressing it,” she wrote according to Soompi.
“While we knew that [dating publicly] would cause us to be linked in some way, both of us felt that it would be hard to meet our fans’ eyes [while performing] on stage. We wanted to honestly tell our fans and show ourselves confidently having fun performing,” they told Yonhap News.
