Kyrie Irving did not appear upset about losing a long-running deal with Nike when he took to the court for his latest game with the Brooklyn Nets.
The 30-year-old NBA star seemingly made a pointed statement about the news on Wednesday (December 7) during a game at Barclays Center in New York City.
Photos from the game show that Kyrie carved the message onto his shoes, which were created in partnership with Nike.

Kyrie Irving and Nike are no longer working together.
Last month, the sportswear company put their relationship with the 30-year-old NBA star on pause after he promoted an antisemitic movie and book.
They have since decided to make that decision a permanent one.
“Kyrie Irving is no longer a Nike athlete,” the company said in a statement shared with HuffPost.

Kyrie Irving has finally released a formal apology for the antisemitism controversy that he brought on himself this past week.
The NBA player was just suspended by his team, the Brooklyn Nets, for five games after the team’s “repeated attempts to work with [him] to help him understand the harm and danger of his words and actions, which began with him publicizing a film containing deeply disturbing antisemitic hate.”
After posting the 2018 antisemitic movie Hebrews to Negroes: Wake Up Black America, based on a 2015 book of the same name, he insisted he was not going to “stand down.”
Kyrie was given multiple opportunities to apologize for his actions, but never did. After being suspended, he finally spoke out with an apology.

Brooklyn Nets basketball player Kyrie Irving has been suspended from the team, without pay, for at least five games after he promoted an antisemitic film.
Irving refused to condemn antisemitism during several press conferences when he was given the opportunity and he failed to give a proper apology for his words.
The Nets announced the news after “repeated attempts to work with Kyrie Irving to help him understand the harm and danger of his words and actions, which began with him publicizing a film containing deeply disturbing antisemitic hate.”
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver previously said that he was “disappointed that [Irving] has not offered an unqualified apology and more specifically denounced the vile and harmful content contained in the film he chose to publicize.”
